If an editorial of yours has been selected to appear on TheOnes2Watch, these are the specifications of what we need from you in order to publish it:
How To Send
Send a .zip or .rar file containing all material listed below via a file sharing site (such as dropbox.com or wetransfer.com) to [email protected]. Please do not send the high resolution images via email!
Editorial Credits
Please include the following:
– Title (though we reserve the right to change this)
– Crew: including photographer(s), models & their agency, hair, makeup, stylist/fashion editor, production, art direction, assistants, etc — include any links to websites or social media profiles (optional)
– Optional: shoot location, studio, date, special thanks
– We also need to see a model release for each model in the shoot. This can be an e-mail to us from the model’s agency confirming they/the model consent to publishing the images.
Clothing Credits
– If a story includes more than one model please include their name with the fashion credit (e.g. IRINA wears…)
– We prefer to receive: An editable document (.doc or .rtf) or PDF with credits underneath or beside the corresponding images. Please double check the spelling of designer/brand names!
Image Sizes & Format
– JPG, TIFF or PSD
– 300dpi
– 8½ x 11in (portrait) or 11 x 17in (landscape) [these dimensions are a guideline and not strictly enforced]
– No text (credits, title, etc) on the images or layout (borders, overlays, etc). We do all the layout and add clothing credits. We will take your ideas for layout and image order into consideration.
