Name: Alba Pistolesi
Agency: Marilyn Agency
Hometown: Paris, France
Introduce yourself briefly: Almost two months ago I was a stone cutter, and today I am a model.. I started “my journey” in the opposite way but, I was not ready to become a model at the age of 15. Being an artist (after studying fine arts for five years) and always searching for new fields of expression I learnt to work with stone, first as a sculptor (restoring ornaments in architecture) and after as a stone cutter. Modeling is, for me, still part of this artistic research, but now, my image, my body are the objects, and they are (still) as resistant as stone! I am always looking for new challenges. This is why I love this job, I have the feeling that I am still creating something with my image that is closely linked to what’s inside me.
What would you like to do in the next 10 years? 10 years, that’s very long as I live my life day by day. But it seems that art (of any type and form) is for me an engine, so I will see where it will lead me.
What is one thing not many people know about you? Today, that I am a model…
What are five words to describe your ideal future? First I will describe my ideal next week-end; countryside, boots and bonnet, chimney and chestnuts
the booker says
Alba is a girl with a tremendous potential. She is the perfect balance between the feminine and the masculine. As an artist herself (stone mason) she brings something more than just a gorgeous features, she inspires people – she is a muse!

the photographer says
Alba is impressive, her eyes are deep and intense, her look is warm and charged with something strong. She has a very French edgy face; to me that makes her very elegant.
