What’s one subject you could talk about for at least 5 minutes?
I’ve always been quite a politically minded person; especially regarding women’s rights and global equality for mankind. If I have something that I feel strongly about then I can quite easily talk about it for at least five minutes.
What is a band/movie/artist/cool thing you recommend?
Since I’ve started to travel, I’ve started reading a greater variety of topical novels. The other year I read A Woman At Point Zero by Nawal El Saadawi. It completely changed the way I viewed everything around me.
What do you see yourself doing after your modelling career?
I’ve never really been one to make plans; if I was asked a year ago what I would be doing now then I would never have said this and if I did then I would have been joking. There are still so many areas that I would love to pursue; whether international politics and humanitarian action or a very creative field such as architecture or graphic design. I’d like to believe I’ll know when the time is right.
What is one thing people may be surprised to find out about you?
I have a real passion for art and just about any form of expression. I have been interested in street art and culture for a while now; particularly how it can be used to invoke change. Any opportunity I have to do it; I’ll be spray painting.
If you could hang out with any three people who would you choose?
For a relaxed afternoon I’d love to hang out with James Corden, Mary Berry and Emma Watson. I think that there would be a great flow of British humour which I miss so much when I’m not here- and of course a great selection of cake.
